River Creek Club is a gorgeous 600-acre planned community with a championship 18-hole golf course. This is the DC area's first private, gated country club community that borders the Potomac River. Seven of the eighteen holes overlook the beautiful Potomac. Should you sign up to be a member before Oct. 31, they will waive the enrollment fee. Membership definitely has its privileges, including use of the tennis courts, golf course, fitness center, swimming pools and much more. The clubhouse restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with the exception of Mondays. The fitness center has plenty to offer, should you look for a cardio or strength training work-out. Group classes are also available to members. The community calendar stays up to date with on-going and special events/activities.
